Orders & payment
All orders are made to order and produced only after payment is confirmed. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though the price at checkout at the time of your order is what you'll pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues with our fulfillment partner, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Mink Supply name, logo, designs, photography, and copy — is the property of Mink Supply and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, access it through automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
Mink Supply is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
