Why it takes a little longer

Every Mink Supply piece is made to order — nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. That means your order goes into production the moment you buy it, which takes a bit longer than a shirt pulled off a shelf, but it's also why there's no overstock, no landfill, and no clearance rack.

Timelines

• Production: 2–7 business days
• Shipping (US): 3–5 business days after production
• Total: typically 5–10 business days from order to doorstep

You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. Currently shipping to the US and Canada.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns for a simple change of mind or wrong size ordered — please check the size guide before you buy.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email hello@minksupply.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
